Aztech Riva TNT graphic cards to ship this week

Aztech's version of this AGP card is expected to ship this week. I'll get more details on pricing and features soon!

CeBIT '99 - 18 - 24 March

The biggest show in Europe, held in Germany. Products featured are PCI368-DSP, VGS-3D, the AMS speakers, with a spicy flavour of modems (V.90, ADSL, USB, Home Lan). Aztech booth is at Hall 9, D77.

Finally, this card is launched. The first batch of cards have already hit the shores of Singapore, cheapest price of SGD58 at some outlets. More details of sound card here. Expect a review of this card next week.

PCI 338 - A3D (Aureal AU8820) drivers ver1.40 is out!

The drivers ver 1.40 (2.22.99) is finally out. Now supports A3D 2.0 games and software!! Also, solves DOS emulation clashes with certain CDrom drivers. DirectSound and DirectSound3D improvements are included as well as tons of other fixes. Download the latest PCI 338 - A3D drivers here.

PCI368-DSP to be launched March 99

The much awaited card powered by VLSI/Qsound's Thunderbird 128 chip will be launched by March 1999. From my sources, they have begun shipping these cards already, so expect them to hit some stores (I don' know where) soon!. More details of sound card here.

Aztech AMS 5.1 Speakers

Yup, they're gonna do speakers too! Targetted towards the in-rush of 4 speaker sound cards that's flooding the market, these babies are expected to ship in a couple months' time. Cool gadgets include a remote control unit and a digital control unit.

Smaller versions the above. Dunno when it's expected to ship.
